Nijaya joined Space Matrix in 2006 initially as Business Development Director and
was promoted to Director in 2009. Prior to joining Space Matrix Nijaya worked in
business development and interior design with several well-regarded firms in both
Thailand and the United States.

Whether in her capacity as leader, or when working with clients, Nijaya believes it’s
important to “walk a mile in another person’s shoes” in order to best understand their
needs and perspective. When both parties develop what Nijaya refers to as “a circle
of understanding”, the end result will be uplifting.

It’s this passion and sincerity that makes Nijaya a great leader and an asset to
Space Matrix.
