Context: 
BPTP is a leading real estate developer in India. With the expansion of their operations, BPTP decided on a larger Corporate Office than their existing one in New Delhi. For this purpose they took up 175,000 SFT of space in their own building in IPark, Gurgaon.

Challenge:
The Corporate office for BPTP was to be a symbol and reflection of the brand BPTP, its growth as a Company, their work and the grandeur of its status. However, being the Corporate headquarters, it was to house the entire staff, including the Chairman and the interiors therefore had to have a balance in terms of look and feel combining a hospitality feel in the reception and corporate floors and workplace design for the open office area

Solution:
The facility has been given a very premium look and feel to it. The unique feature here is the cut out in centre of the space that allows for visual connectivity with all floors looking into the void where a break out space has been planned. The Executive floors have a very premium feel to it with extensive use of veneer. A fine balance has been achieved with higher specifications for the Corporate floors and client facing areas and a more medium range for the open office areas. The facility is truly a tool to reflect the desired image of BPTP in its current rebranding exercise.
