design a space where potential clients could be immersed in the lifestyle, design sensibility, and premium promise that define every BPTP project
The Challenge
When BPTP first envisioned its Experience Center within the iconic Oberoi Gurgaon, the intent was bold and clear: to design a space where potential clients could be immersed in the lifestyle, design sensibility, and premium promise that define every BPTP project. Far from a conventional showroom or sales gallery, their goal was to craft a sensorial, immersive environment that would captivate the senses, spark inspiration, and forge a deep, lasting emotional connection with every visitor

the design language took inspiration from a place of layered elegance and refined detail — the 17th and 18th-century French estate. These were spaces of quiet grandeur, intricate artistry, and noble living — qualities that perfectly mirrored BPTP’s brand sensibility.
The Solution
To bring this vision to life, BPTP partnered with Space Matrix. Together, the teams embarked on a profoundly collaborative design-build process, constantly returning to one core question: How do we make people feel the BPTP brand?
To answer that question, the design language took inspiration from a place of layered elegance and refined detail — the 17th and 18th-century French estate. These were spaces of quiet grandeur, intricate artistry, and noble living -- qualities that perfectly mirrored BPTP’s brand sensibility. But this wasn’t a replication. It was a reinterpretation. Every element of the BPTP Experience Center would echo the soul of a French manor while aligning with the expectations of today’s luxury connoisseur — seamless, sensorial, and strikingly modern.
Grand Arrival:
The journey begins at the entrance, where vertical metal fins and a seamless façade lead into a soaring double-height reception area, evoking a luxurious sense of arrival. An all-glass chandelier, self-illuminated and floating above, casts reflections that amplify the grandeur. Above, a rippled ceiling mimics fluid motion, adding softness and rhythm to the architecture. This orchestrated entry creates a strong impression, mirroring the brand's stature and refinement.
Subtle Elegance in Lighting and Finishes:
Throughout the space, curated lighting and finishes enhance mood and elevate perception. Rich textures, warm metallics, and thoughtful contrasts create a refined, hospitality-like atmosphere that puts clients at ease, fostering meaningful engagement. These elements subtly signal BPTP's attention to detail, both in design and customer relationships.
Interactive Experience Zone:The Experience Zone brings the brand story to life. A Wall of History traces BPTP’s evolution, while detailed project models and an updated product library allow visitors to engage with materials used across projects, promoting transparency and trust. Architectural elements inspired by curtain wall forms subtly divide the space, adding visual rhythm and depth without being overwhelming. This transforms passive observation into active engagement, helping clients connect with the brand on both tactile and emotional levels.
Intimate Lounge and Meeting Spaces:
Designed for flexibility and intimacy, the center features five distinct meeting spaces, each with its character. The Lounge Meeting Room, partially concealed behind elegant gold-brown glass, offers a sense of exclusivity while sparking curiosity. Positioned with views of the hotel pool, it enhances the sense of place and leisure, making business interactions feel personal and bespoke, thereby encouraging trust and relationship-building—a core tenet of BPTP’s client-first approach.
Versailles-Inspired Servery:Paying homage to the opulence of the Palace of Versailles, the servery, known as the “Versailles Bar,” adds a layer of indulgence to the center. With plush furniture and refined detailing, it serves as more than a refreshment station—it becomes an experience supporting seamless hospitality and hosting.
Private 'Court Cinema' AV Room: Tucked on the first floor, the AV Room, dubbed “Court Cinema,” offers a modern take on private cinemas found in noble estates. Here, visitors can immerse themselves in BPTP’s projects through visual storytelling, supported by the latest AV technology in an intimate, high-end setting.
Artistic Expression:A dedicated space showcases artists and sculptures, each piece thoughtfully chosen to express a modern, artistic narrative. This addition infuses the center with soul, demonstrating that BPTP values not just construction but also culture, craft, and storytelling.
