Dream11, a rapidly growing gaming startup entrusted us to design their Corporate office. The objective was to enhance Dream11's brand purpose and create a strong sense of community within the workspace. The design needed to reflect the essence of the brand and its identity, resonating with employees and fostering a sense of belonging.

To achieve the desired outcome, we adopted an integrated approach, combining brand strategy, graphics, artwork, accessories, and interactive digital experiences to bring Dream11's stories to life in a physical space - The Stadium. The design philosophy was centred around fostering creativity, collaboration, and overall workplace performance.

The design concept revolves around creating a vibrant and playful atmosphere that emulates the energy and thrill of sports. The workspace was envisioned as an immersive journey, empowering employees to perform at their best. Spaces were re-attributed based on activities rather than individuals, with thematic zones like a Sports bar, Breakouts, flexible team clubs, gym, recreation space, and social cafe, catering to diverse preferences.

A key highlight of the Dream11 office is the dual-functioning design elements, including writable glass walls that serve as creative tools throughout the space. Strategic placement of dedicated collaboration areas encouraged interaction and information exchange, vital for driving innovation and future business success.

The meeting rooms, each representing a different sports team or club, created a unique and engaging experience for employees. The thematic spaces, inspired by cricket, football, hockey, basketball, and motorsports, instilled a sense of pride and identity among employees. A whopping 45 unique sports-themed rooms were designed.

There is a high focus on wellness with areas such as Recharge pit stops, solace zones, and height-adjustable desks, promoting the physical and mental well-being of employees. Various spaces were thoughtfully designed for different working styles, including informal meeting rooms, quiet areas, open spaces, and huddle rooms, catering to diverse needs.

The Dream11 office, spanning across two floors, successfully brings the brand's purpose and passion for fantasy sports to life. The design communicated authenticity and the experience of being in a stadium, resonating with Dream11's core values. The vibrant workplace at One BKC Mumbai embodies a creative environment that nurtures passion and collaboration among employees.

The workplace fosters high-intensity interactive working and talent attraction contributing to a progressive work culture. The tailored design elements across the office strengthened the connection with Dream11's brand ethos resulting in an exothermic and pulsating atmosphere, reflecting the company's spirit and environmental psychology's influence on emotions.
