Empower Collaboration: Flexible neighborhoods housed workstations alongside dedicated collaboration pods and meeting rooms, fostering agile teamwork. Movable screens and writable walls doubled as project scrum boards, enabling real-time collaboration and idea-sharing.

Showcase Innovation: The Garage, EPAM's innovation lab, became a central hub for engineers to experiment, prototype, and showcase their cutting-edge solutions. Equipped with advanced technology and flexible layouts, it encouraged cross-disciplinary collaboration and fostered an environment for nurturing future-forward initiatives.

Immerse in Brand Identity: EPAM's brand values — candid, people-driven, fun, and collaborative — were woven into the very fabric of the space. Vibrant brand colours graced corridors and workspaces, while captivating murals depicting Indian monuments symbolised engineering excellence. Interactive installations like the magnetic origami wall added a playful touch, enhancing brand engagement.

Prioritize Employee Wellbeing: Beyond a cafeteria, the redesigned space transformed into a vibrant community hub. Open, inviting, and bathed in natural light, it hosted team lunches, town halls, even live sports viewing parties, fostering social interaction and boosting employee morale. Recreation rooms and a central library offered further avenues for relaxation and knowledge sharing.
