Our strategic approach took cues from Mid-century modern design, integrating minimalism, crisp lines, and vibrant accents. The heart of the workplace is the central work cafe, fostering connections and energising employees. The emphasis was on providing an array of workstations like team tables, stand-up desks, focus pods, and fluid 120-degree stations, allowing for individual choice and varied working modes. The infusion of hints of Karnataka's essence into the design created an engaging narrative, particularly in enclosed meeting spaces inspired by Bandipur's forests, Hampi's ruins, and Jog waterfalls.

Epicor's new office embodies a curated space where moments are celebrated and culture flourishes. The innovative work cafe concept introduces a fresh, vibrant setup to break from traditional workspaces. The cafeteria, doubling as a townhall space, enhances community bonding. Evolved features like the neighbourhood lounge pantry, digital displays, and recreation room promote well-being and relaxation. The diversity of working setups, from team tables to sit-stand desks, empowers employees with flexibility and collaborative opportunities. The thoughtful integration of technology and unassigned seating reflects a progressive approach to hybrid working.
