LinkedIn, the world's foremost online professional network, faced the challenge of relocating LinkedIn’s Bangalore office. The aim was twofold: to accommodate its growing workforce and create a workspace that resonated with its evolving global standards, culture, and values.

Our workplace strategy team initiated a comprehensive discovery process to determine the requisites of the new office. The findings highlighted the necessity for distinct ecosystems tailored to diverse teams. The objective was to offer a diverse array of spaces that would enable employees to have a holistic and productive workday.

We conceived self-sustained neighbourhoods that eloquently embodied LinkedIn's core values and ethos of innovation. Each unique neighbourhood became a hub equipped with versatile spaces for both work and leisure. Beyond this, shared facilities like a cafeteria, pantries, medical room, game rooms, music room, and a gym fostered spontaneous interactions, organically nurturing an environment conducive to innovation.

The result is an office environment that engenders a sense of immersion, offering a multitude of amenities for a harmonious work-life balance. The vibrant and diverse design leads the users through a myriad of spatial experiences, harmonised by a common thread reinforcing LinkedIn's brand identity and cultural fabric.
