ServiceNow, a leading software company specialising in cloud-based platforms, recognised the need to transition from a tech-led organisation to a people-centred one.

They aimed to create a workplace that resonated with their employees, fostered collaboration, and reflected their passion for making work better for people. Attracting and maintaining the best talent was a priority, and the workplace needed to have the WOW factor while embracing local culture and embodying the company's brand and values.

Our design team embarked on a mission to create an experience-driven, state-of-the-art facility that would serve as a hub for collaboration and innovation. The focus was on translating ServiceNow's vision and ethos into a physical space that would elevate the employee experience.

The floor space was thoughtfully organised into neighbourhood clusters, each self-sufficient and independent, providing efficient functioning and unique social spaces. These social spaces ranged from cafes and breakout areas to relaxation corners, fitness studios, and even indoor cricket pitches. The design aimed to cater to the diverse needs and preferences of employees, promoting well-being and enhancing the overall employee experience.

The concept of levels and surfaces in nature became the guiding principle for the design. Various platforms were incorporated throughout the workspace to create unique experiences and foster connectivity. These platforms not only highlighted different zones but also encouraged collaboration and innovation. By intuitively connecting employees to the essence of the company, the design created a brand-centric employee experience. From the 17th floor's reception and visitor areas to the 16th floor's massage lounge and indoor cricket pitch, every space was carefully curated to provide a holistic experience for employees.

Innovative tech solutions found their home on the 15th floor, where customised spaces were created to nurture creativity and innovation. The central 14th floor acted as an energizer, connecting people and housing popular activity catalysts like game rooms and fitness studios. The 2nd floor's vibrant café space honoured the local culture, creating a warm and welcoming environment for social gatherings. Additionally, the 1st floor's training space provided a flexible hub for learning and development programs, enhancing collaboration and further enriching the client and employee experience.

The design language and concept tie together the entire campus, utilising brand colours, inspired artwork, and elements from nature to enhance the brand identity and connectivity with employees. The result was a workplace that promoted wellness, collaboration, and attention to detail, creating an environment where creative talent could thrive and respond to client requests with a multidisciplinary approach.

The transformation of ServiceNow's workplace resulted in a thriving environment where employees collaborate, innovate, and turn ideas into reality.

The design successfully embodied the brand's passion, expertise, and ethos, creating a space that truly made work better for people. The campus became a vibrant and dynamic hub of activity, with each floor offering unique amenities and fostering different aspects of the employee experience.

Through strategic workplace design, ServiceNow’s office successfully addresses the challenge of attracting and retaining top talent while creating a vibrant and inspiring work environment.
