To support heads-down, deep work without isolating individuals, we introduced quiet, acoustically treated areas. These allowed employees to concentrate while still feeling part of a larger, cohesive workspace — striking a balance between individual focus and collective presence.

Recognising that collaboration thrives when balanced with moments of retreat, we designed pockets of privacy. These offered safe spaces for quick huddles or confidential calls — supporting a collaborative culture without compromising discretion.

Formal Meeting Rooms

To align with the company’s structured, precision-driven brand values, formal rooms were retained — but modernised. Enhanced with AV integration and writable surfaces, they became strategic venues for impactful presentations and decision-making.

Step Seating for Team Culture

Symbolising the shift from hierarchy to community, the amphitheatre-style seating became the emotional heart of the workplace. Here, town halls, team shout-outs, and knowledge-sharing sessions unfold — embodying openness and transparency, one step at a time.
