The Challenge
When Embassy Group — a name synonymous with leadership and landmark developments — approached us once again, the ask wasn’t just to design another office. It was to create a flagship brand home within Embassy One, Bangalore — one that embodied their values, reflected their stature, and catered equally to business leaders and employees.

The Solution
Our journey began with deep collaboration. Together with the Embassy’s leadership, we reimagined the office not just as a place to work, but as a multi-layered experience, where every element would tell a story and every floor would play a distinct role in that story.
A Space Designed Around Dualities: Focus and Hospitality
We started with clear zoning strategies — each floor with a distinct purpose, yet united in design language.
The 14th floor was imagined as the client experience zone — a refined, elevated space that echoed the ethos of Embassy’s developments. Here, plush textures, bespoke furniture, curated lighting, and art installations created an ambience of quiet opulence. The space invited conversation, confidence, and calm — qualities vital to high-stakes business interactions.
The 12th floor embraced a people-first mindset. It housed the cafeteria and open work areas, but more importantly, it celebrated employee wellness through thoughtful interventions — vibrant breakouts, natural light access, acoustic balance, and ergonomic variety. This floor wasn’t just functional. It was empowering.
And threading the two together — quite literally — was a bold feature staircase, a visual and experiential statement. Designed not just for movement but meaning, it linked clients and employees, vision and execution, ground and sky. A custom mural of Embassy Manyata Business Park — one of their most iconic projects — rose alongside it, serving as a proud reminder of where the brand has been, and where it's going.
Designing Through Storytelling
The entire visual language was built around balance, richness that was never loud, identity that was never forced. The colour palette — black, beige, off-white, rust — whispered sophistication, while accents of deep blue and olive green added modern vibrance. Every artwork was custom-curated for its context. Nothing felt generic. Every space had its tone, and yet all sang the same brand note.
Material choices, lighting design, spatial rhythm — everything was composed with intention. Clean lines, rich textures, and handpicked fixtures told a story of craft and care.
Solving for Wellness and Inclusion
Even as we elevated the brand experience, the heart of the project lay in designing for people. We worked closely with MEP and sustainability teams to ensure the space not only looked good but functioned intelligently and responsibly.
Lighting sensors and energy-efficient systems ensured environmental performance.
Low-maintenance plants brought biophilia in, without burdening operations.
Ergonomic workstations, including height-adjustable desks, offered flexibility and comfort.
Accessibility was non-negotiable — with Braille signage and high-contrast frosting, the space welcomed everyone with dignity.
These weren't add-ons; they were part of the core design solution. Every decision helped solve the original challenge — how to reflect brand leadership while creating a human, inclusive, and future-ready workplace.
